In the configuration for "detection", there is a line as

classes   = classes.mat    # names of each output class in a matrix file. 

Can you please so kindly give me some information of how to generate the file "classes.mat", and using an example to show that?

You can use the classes file used during training. It is generated by the dscompile utility when building the training dataset.
