Eligibility:
60% & above throughout their Academics possessing Excellent Communication Skills, Good Aptitude and Coding Skills.
Date & Time of Interview: 15.07.2016 (Friday), 08.30 a.m.
Designation:
1. Software developers,
2. Data Center Engineers.
CTC: 2.5 – 3.5 Lakhs Per Annum based on performance.
Joining date after Selection: 18.07.2016 (Monday)
Interview Process:
1) Round 1: Aptitude and Code Analysis
Eligibility for Round 2: (Aptitude Cut off Percentage 60 & Above, Code analysis 60% & Above)
2) Round 2: Will be Coding round
(The candidates can Select any Programming language of their choice to write Code)
3) Round 3: Communications Skills and HR Round.
Assessment Partner: AssessRite using Cutting Edge Technology.
Terms:
· The Candidates will have to go through a 2 month intensive SkillAssure Competency Development Program post which they will go through a 2 month project internship.
· During the project internship the candidates will be paid Rs.7,500.
· From the 5th month onwards they will hit their packages as mentioned above based on the performance into the SkillAssure Competency Development Program is a client sponsored training program , this will be executed by Global Edify.
· No commitments towards the number of selections. Only picking the best of the best as these candidates will get absorbed by some very niche product development companies.
· All the aspiring candidates have to come fully prepared as the testing will be on the analytical skills, Logical skills, Debugging skills, Code Analysis and thier ability to write optimized code. Candidates who have attended the earlier Pratian drives in the last 2 months cannot attend.
