Is there a place where I can find all the posible things that I can
configure in ebean through the ebean.properties file?
Can I configure in the file more than one ebean server ?

I only have the page http://www.avaje.org/ebean/getstarted_props.html
I guess that all properties that I can programatically configure per
ServerConfig.class I can also configure throuugh the file.

You have to look in ServerConfig.java - there is no other doc to reference.

Yes, you can configure multiple servers. You just include the server name in each property name.
