We’re seeking a Director of Education & Horticulture to lead innovative programs that connect people with native plants, advance our urban biodiversity campaign, and support inclusive education, horticulture, and community science initiatives across California.

This strategic role will guide a talented team, foster cross-program collaboration, and build coalitions with partners across sectors to transform urban landscapes and deepen public engagement with native plants.
