lock on old section

Appears the lock is missing on old section. Was missing last night and still MIA this morning. Looked on ground and could not see it. Nor was it on hook inside garden.

I notified the board last night. They are getting new locks.
PS : If a strong storm comes through any ripe vegetables will drop please pick now.
