This is a recipe that Lijuan Chen wrote to be included for the Australians.

Chinese Pumpkin Cakes

Ingredients:
Pumpkin
Powdered glutinous rice
sugar
sesame seeds
vegetable oil

Practice:
1. Peel the pumkins, cut it into blocks, cook but don't overdo.
2. Don't give too much water, the cooked blocks only permit a little water.
3. Make the cooked pumkins into pieces the size of soybeans, careful don't make them like paste, thus they will have a better taste.
4. Blend powdered glutinous rice, sugar, and pumkins.
5. Make the blend 3 to 4 cmcakes.  The size of small pancakes.  Every cake should then have sesame seeds on both surfaces.
6. give the vegetable oils in the pot, make a middle fire, bake the cakes as a golden color.  Wait until the cakes cool to eat them.
