HI! thanks for all your hard work to PKHex! but i was just wondering why I couldn't load my save file when im using PKHex on Pokemon X, whenever i try to use PKHex, edit some items and pokemon then save it it keeps on telling that the save file is corrupted, even though Iv'ed followed all the instructions like saving the file as main. and using export main option from the program then overwrite it, I tried it so many times and it just wouldn't work, I hope you guys could help me. Thanks
Ability is for pokemon that have more than 1 possible Ability, in that case, u can use that to set which one u want u can set them to hidden Abilities to but that will need a few more edits to make it legal.
Issue:
When playing pokemon Y (or really and 3DS pokemon game) i cant speed the game up. Last night it seemed to work when I unplugged my power cable but that is no longer the case. Also the game will speed up when i minimize the citra window. I can tell because the music gets a lot faster but as soon as i try playing again it stop at 100% speed
Try the linked Nightly above first, extract it and navigate to the folder with the terminal. You should be able to start it by typing ./citra-qt . If not you might need to chmod +x it first and/or install missing dependencies.
I am currently playing pokemon sun in Citra Nightly. I saved my progress in game but when I close and open Citra again, there is no option to continue from my latest progress (I have to start from the very beginning). Is there a way to save the progress and load from there?
Hi i am new to Citra and have this problem too while playing pokemon x. However "select game directory is not not an available option for me. Maybe i am opening it wrong? Sorry for low quality image. image1175830 193 KB
@stiven_sanchez_parra As long as you have internet you can play pokemon X online.In order to do that click click here to find a room,then type your nickname and find a room that with preferred game as Pokemon X or any pokemon game

For me its not working, neither nightly build or canary build. When i choose a picture, the speed goes down to 3%.
Im using a different version of citra for the camera feature, but on that emulator i cant play the game on 500%.
Issue:
Pokemon hangs whenever I battle certain trainers and by chance encountering a wild pokemon, the game freezes but the sound still plays and the only solution for me is to load and save manually into the game whenever I encounter it. It worked quite well until I face a pokemon gym in shalour city where I need to defeat all the trainers before I face the gym leader. Easier said than done but the problem is the 2 remaining trainers in the gym gives me crash hence I cant progress doing so.

I start the game by simply using the continue button on the main menu, I dont usually use the save states by citra instead I use the pokemon in game save system. The freeze happens on specific pokemon trainers, it happens when I was challenge and stuck there. Same goes for wild pokemon encounter however it is random. Saying so I always save like 4 to 6 mins so that i can stop the emulation then load where i previously left of.
Havin the same issue, after I select a character, the speed down bellow seem to go down to 0%/0% and its just black screen but I can hear the game up

All 7th gen games of pokemon(Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon) show a black screen whenever trying to play I can hear the audio but no video I have tried solving the issue by turning off hardware renderer settings completely but then I start losing a lot of performance by 25 per cent.
Hi there! I was playing pokemon Y but one day the game freezed and after few minutes it unfroze but the game file got corrupted. Ive been saving the game using the save state feature. Now I need to trade online but I cannot do that because my save file is corrupted. is there a way I can use my save state as my game save file?
No game was booted in your log. If you are experiencing a crash then do not open citra again until after you posted the log as it gets purged when you reopen citra.

It is a known bug that happens after you beat the League, game freezes when you enter the Hall of Fame.
One solution was to go through the whole process with only 3 pokemons.
I saw one guy going on Pokemon Sun with 3 pokemons and CPU JIT disabled and other one saying that going only going with 5 pokemons it would still work.
Edit: They are all not working. It works no game on the citra core but it works on citra stand alone emulator. It works a lot of games on other cores like gameboy advance or nintendo ds, but not on this one.
