Global Legal Compilance Survey

Dear Global Network,

The Legal and Compliance Team, part of the Global Sustainable Operations Unit is launching the Global Legal Compliance Survey in order to assess accurately the current legal-financial structure and situation in each country of the network. The information gathered from the survey is crucial for the future performance of our organization regarding legalities and their implications. Every MCP or MCVPF, (whichever is relevant) needs to fill in this survey.

The questionnaire consists of 51 questions and every single one is important for us so please answer them with care and patience. All data/information will be treated confidentially and will only be shared with AIESEC International, Legal and Governance Subcommittee and the Internal Auditors.

You can access the survey here in our WIKI The alternate link to fill in the survey is HERE.

The deadline to complete the survey is November  12th, 2010.
There will be a trademark survey which will be released in a time of 2-3 weeks for the entire network to assess the current status of trademark registration in each country. More details will be informed to you soon.

Thank you for your patience. For any queries, concerns, suggestions or questions please write back to us on fin...@ai.aiesec.org.

Regards from your Legal and Compliance Team

Invisible Leaders Survey

AIESECers, we have an amazing opportunity.

AIESEC has been invited by Dr Sorenson (University of Maryland) and Dr Hickman, (University of Richmond) to take part in a survey on organisation purpose, contributing to a leadership research project answering the central question of “Can a common purpose actually inspire leadership?”

This survey focuses on the influence of AIESEC's purpose on its members. Our responses will contribute to understanding whether an organisation’s common purpose can actually inspire leadership.
By participating in this survey, AIESEC will be recognised in a book outlining the findings, highlighting, how the common purpose of an organisation like AIESEC actually works to inspire leadership and what other organisations can learn from our experience about this new way of leading.
What we need is as many contributions as possible, so please follow this link and take just 7-10 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your information will be treated in strict confidentiality. Completing the survey also entitles you to enter a draw for one of five $100 Visa Gift Cards.

Just take the survey at: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/organizationalpurpose  and lets get AIESEC recognised for how we develop leadership in young people.

If you have any questions, please direct them to Jake (jac...@ai.aiesec.org)
