Real Estate Analyst

 

In Business Development Department

1. Co-ordinating the review of every Real Estate Project across all markets in Asia -Prepare and collating supporting materials to assist with regional real estate decision making.
2. Ensure all requested changes to project submissions are made upon final submission by countries -Participate in project review calls as projects are reviewed with country teams
3. Participate in Asia Real Estate
Committee and International Real Estate Meeting to co-ordinate logistics
4. Manage the project scorecards that are submitted for all new store projects -Provide other ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed on key Business Development issues that are occurring
5. Assisting in the creation, structure and development of presentations to communicate this and other analysis to various stakeholders

5. Have the chance to attend Real Estate Trips around various markets to visit potential new store sites, currently opened stores and competitor locations.

Background in Real Estate (Required), Financial accounting (Preferred), Introductory Manag. / Business Admin. (Preferred), Project Management (Preferred), International Management (Required), Financial Planning + Budgeting (Required) Introductory Finance (Required), International Financial Management (Required)

INTERN KEY CHALLENGES* Must be able to prioritize and multi-task in a high pace environment (occasionally while traveling) -Must have sharp analytical skills in order to provide relevant insight into the business -Must quickly learn the real estate development business -An interest and understanding in Finance will help understand key information
