Dear OCPs of TMP recruitment Autumn 2013, VP TMs, VP Comms, VP ERs.

We are writing this email to inform you about some updates connected to the coming Members recruitment campaign, as well as the synergies we need to boost between FAs in order to achieve success. As you know TMP recruitment Autumn 2013 is more than crucial for all of the entities in AIESEC Bulgaria, since these are about to be the change agents that are going to execute our initiatives in less than a year from now in order to move AIESEC Bulgaria to the next level.

For that purpose on National Level we have created AUTUMN RECRUITMENT MASTER TOOL that is about to be filled by each entity till 8th of September Sunday.

For OCPs:
Each entity has a separate TIMELINE sheet where you are invited to list your project plan. It is based on the project planning tool, Gabi shared with you last week, but since in this one we have included some more check points, the DDL is a bit prolonged. Make sure you approach

It is really crucial for us to have a clear picture about the GOALS of the entity in terms of:

# TMP/TLP participants to be recruited # TMP/TLP applicants to go through an assessment center # TMP/TLP applicants

For that purpose, you would need to align with your LC VP TM, COMM and ER.

For VP TMs:
As you are the EB coaches in most of the entities, you, Gabi as National coordinator and me [Desi] as final responsible on MC level will have the ambitious mission to monitor the logistical execution of the recruitment campaign along with the selection processes and the LIS-es.

Also, take a note that it is high time to have had a clear picture about TALENT PLANNING and JDs in each entity.

For VP COMMs:
As you are final responsibles for the communication strategies and positioning in your entity, you are in charge of creating the marketing plan for the project [together with the OC COMM and the OCP] and that it is aligned with the information in the   AUTUMN RECRUITMENT MASTER TOOL [sheets TIMELINE, Partners].

Reminder: DDL for Marketing plan of the recruitment and updating local websites is 16.09 Mon. For that purpose you would need to align with LC VP TM for having the final JDs and with the OCP/OC COMM.

For VP ERs:
As you are final responsible for the External Relations in your entity we will need your active contribution in terms of monitoring of the whole process, clarity about the benefits promised to each national and local partner by the entity, to be present on the most relevant recruitment events, to make sure that the information about delivery is filled in AUTUMN RECRUITMENT MASTER TOOL regularly and that in the end of the project a report is delivered to the partners. Also, you are the heroes we rely on to assist to the OC team in partnership management.

For this TMP recruitment campaign we are not about to use a National google form, but the so called ORS system. In the video bellow you have Rony [MC COMM] explaining the benefits of the system and how to use it. In case you would like to use a customized LC google form for the follow-up mail to applicants [check the video and you will understand], please, send the draft to me and Rony before usage.

Това го четох вчера в 1 сутринта и си казах: ВТФ!?
Мислех си че е просто защото съм изморен... Ама сега на свежа глава: ВТФ ВТФ?
Остави факта, че ПАК спускат нещо в буквално последният момент.
Но какво общо имат ЕR? защо ги намесват при все че ВП КОММ и ТМ могат да проследят тая работа с партньорите.

После за OGX същото ли ще е? Щото ако е веднага виждам как ще се разчекнете.

Мда... весела картинка. И нямаме OCP, което да го попълни, т.е. трябва някак ние сами да го направим. При положение, че Вики ще става координатор, но не и реално OCP (ако правилно съм разбрала), мисля, че е най-добре това с Никси двете да го попълним и попълнено да й го спуснем, за да знае какви са таймлайн нещицата.. Какво мислите другите?

Здравко е поел часта с плана.
Но това с документите кажи речи ще го оправим криво ляво.
Повече си мисля за това кога ще говорим с Вики по-подробно + не мисля че сме и казали да си организира среща на човечетата нали така?

Аз искам да видя и Мехрибад кога се връща...
А естествено, по закона за всеобщата гадост, нетът й е доста зле в Румъния и ще видим как ще ми прехвърли плана : /
