Hello dear MC and LCPs :)

Here, I'm sending you MCP election guideline, mostly prepared by our lovely Election Manager - Hang. Please, study the guideline, current LCPs - you are responsible to ensure everyone in your LC is clear about the election process.

In case you cannot attend the election on the Day 3, you are obliged to assign your proxy by giving a written declaration to me before the election starts.

Current LCPs- please confirm reading this message. Ngan as the candidate will need to assign her proxy to vote on behalf of LC FTU HCM (written on paper).

I will write a separate message directly to the MCP candidates as well.
