[EB] BoA meeting 2014 preparation - DDL: 22:00 Sun 9/2

Dear EB,

Lâu lắm mới viết mail cho team! Happy new year :-)

Tuần 24-28/2 chúng mình sẽ có BoA meeting. Mục đích chính là report tình hình LC + introduce incoming EB.

Agenda mình dự định như sau:

30mn | Get to know (EB 1415 introduction) 

30mn | LC report 2013

30mn | New term plan presentation

30mn | Consulting time

Chuẩn bị cho meeting lần này thì cần làm những việc sau đây:

1. Report

Từng VP gửi lại cho mình

- Key achievements & legacies

- Key bottlenecks ở thời điểm hiện tại

- Learning points sau 1 term

- Những gì dang dở cần term sau tiếp tục

Time: Thời gian tính là 1.1.2013 - 31.12.2013

Format: Làm vào file ppt nhé, không cần trang trí

Reference: EBVL Legacy project

DDL: 22h Sun 9/2

2. LCP responsibilities

@Hiền: Em ơi em muốn chỉnh agenda gì không? Chị định cuối tuần này gửi mail cho các bác, nếu chỉnh thì bảo luôn nhé.

ANW Phần GTK & LC report chị sẽ in charge. Còn phần New term plan & consulting (hỏi ý kiến gì đó, nếu cần) thì em in charge nhé. Thông báo dần với team EB em để hoàn thành plan đi là vừa.

Chị gửi file năm ngoái của EB mình để em thao khảo.

Về thành phần tham dự, lần này không bắt buộc với EBVL nữa. Nhưng nếu ai muốn join thì cứ bảo mình nhé!
