Dear EBs,

Let's meet your MCVP candidates of the round 1 !

Please read the application form of those candidates here: http://www.myaiesec.net/content/viewfile.do?contentid=10294990

Then cast your confidence vote for each candidate HERE before 11am Mon, Feb 10th 2014.

Note that each person has 01 vote and we follow "simple majority" rule ("simple majority" is when there are more votes "confidence" than "not confidence").

Based on the result, I'll cast LC vote to MC on behalf of LC FTU Hanoi.

Đã qua deadline confidence voting và kết quả từ cả 2 EB khá là disappointing khi mà mình chỉ nhận được kết quả từ 5 người là Hùng, Bưởi, Thảo bơ, P Dương và Sammy. Những người còn lại đâu, bao gồm cả LCPe ???

Trong số đó, số lượng abstain khá nhiều, không rõ có phải vì các em EBe chưa nắm rõ luật không. Như đã hướng dẫn ở trong voting link, Confidence nghĩa là candidate này có thể được vào vòng tiếp theo, No confidence là candidate này không xứng đáng được vào vòng tiếp theo, còn Abtain là phiếu trắng không có ý kiến gì. Abtain là loại phiếu highly discouraged nhất vì nó cho thấy người vote không có chính kiến gì / không có đủ trách nhiệm với việc vote đến mức không thèm care xem candiadte đó có nên vào tiếp hay không. Dù thấy người ta xứng đáng hay không thì cũng cần tỏ chính kiến là confidence/no confidence chứ không phải là bỏ phiếu trắng.

Ngoài ra, vì đây là vote confidence nên không có tính chất loại trừ. Vote ở đây theo simple majority rule chứ không phải preferential voting như MCP election. Trường hợp tất cả các candidate đều được confidence và đều được vào vòng tiếp theo là hoàn toàn có thể xảy ra - và có thể nói đây cũng là trường hợp xảy ra khá thường xuyên vì đa phần candidate đều chuẩn bị khá kĩ cho application của mình. Từ trước đến nay, viêc vote No confidence thường xảy ra khi thấy đứa đó không có hiểu biết gì về tình hình AIESEC Vietnam (thường xuyên hơn với trường hợp int'l candidate) hoặc đường hướng quá lệch lạc mà thôi.

Xin nhắc lại là chị rất disappointed với kết quả confidence voting lần này. Nỗ lực hết sức để reach & maintain full-member LC chỉ có tác dụng trong những trường hợp như thế này thôi. Mong EBVL và các em EBe sẽ có trách nhiệm hơn trong những đợt confidence voting lần sau.

Nếu em EBe nào vẫn chưa nắm được rõ về việc vote confidence nói riêng và voting nói chung thì mời các em đọc lại National compedium và hỏi thêm LCPe trong EBM sắp tới.

Về kết quả lần này, LC FTU Hanoi sẽ cast vote confidence cho tất cả các candidate.

Sorry vì mấy lần vừa rồi quá bận về nhiều việc operational nên chưa manage và đề cập chuyện này cho cả EB. Thay mặt EB 14-15 xin lỗi về việc này.
