Happy Planning ! I'm sending you girls the next step for us from now to Tet Holiday. 

• For VP Xchange Functions (iGCDP, iGIP, oGCDP, oGIP)
  

Jan 22nd: Please send me all your strategies and mark (đánh dấu) top 4 strategies you will do for your programs

Jan 27th: 1. Do PGSM and send it to EB so that whole EB (especially VP Supporting functions) can give comments and consult. Be sure to calculate goal by Backward Planning (this means you have to calculate goal raise and match, not realize only)

                2. Make OCP and OC Member JD to Send it to VPTM.

Jan 28th to Feb 3rd: Relaxxxxxxxx :3 :3 :3 :3

Feb 3rd to Feb 8th: Hold Synergies meeting with VP Supporting functions. Inform me the time and venue (if offline) so that I can join if necessary or you can require me to join to be the faci for it. 

                           Afterthat you should finalize your PGSM in 1st EBM in 9th

Feb 9th: 1st EBM of the year and we have many things to do :3 :3 :3

• For VP Supporting Functions (TM, MarComm, F and EwA)
  

Jan 20th to Jan 27th: Take strategies from VP Xchange and analyze or feedback or clarify if needed. If they do not send, please push them to send. 

Jan 27th: Take PGSM, align your plan and strategies with it. Make your Team plan and Individual Plan

Jan 27th to Feb 3rd: Relaxxxxxxxx :3 :3 :3

Feb 3rd to Feb 8th: (As similar with VPX in previous part) Submit Team Plan and Individual Plan. 

Feb 9th: 1st EBM

Note: Please send material you submit to EB group not LCP only +___+

• For VPTM You will have some more thing to do
  

Jan 23th: OCP Recruitment Announcement

Jan 27th: Recruitment Plan and Talent Planning    

• For VP ER: Please send VPTM your number and timline of OC you intend to have which is relevant to your goal (check attached picture to understand)
  

 

I attached here our vision, our timeline of OC (sorry for ER, I just make it up so please adjust it with VPTM), our promotion timeline, our team's vision. Please think about it and we have to finalize it in 1st EBM. We also have plans for 1st LCM to introduce new EB and communicate about the plan and vision as well as 5th birthday for our LC :-) Yayyyyyyyyyyy!!!!! So please start brainstorming about it :-)

Love you guys. If you have something difficult to understand, please ask me :-) We all know that it's hard time for LC and for us ourselves, actually we are storming now but I really hope that we can deal well with each other, and tell me whenever you have problems. :-)
