--> Overall 1 year direction for LC (with milestones)
--> Programs goal and structure after Aug 2014
Agenda:
@oLCPs: please call your oVPs to join at least in the morning. Each of VP will have 10mins to talk about results, main 3 reasons for growth and main 3 key bottlenecks. Also ask them take a look at SONA of Q3, Q4 for more data.
Attached is the guide. Template will be provided tomorrow.
@Mai: for LC HCM, I already talk with Hoang that I will follow after 25 with Thy for the progress as you guys will do planning in HCMC.
