Objectives for whole planning process (till W4 Feb):
- Review Q4
+ Key learning points from Q3+Q4 (from oEB)
+ Current situation of LC
- Re-planning till summer peak
--> LC finalize clear plan for Jan-Aug based on current plan of oEB
+ Programs goal
+ CEM
+ Structure, TMP, TLP
- Set direction, milestones, plan till Jan 2015
--> Overall 1 year direction for LC (with milestones)
--> Programs goal and structure after Aug 2014
Agenda:
- 9AM - 10AM: Welcome. Introduction of LC planning
- 10AM - 11AM: 6months performance review by outgoing EB
- 11AM - 12PM: LC direction, milestones till Jan 2015
- 1PM - 4PM: Re-planning for 4 programs and structure till Aug 2013
- 4PM - 5PM: Wrap up. Next steps to be done during and after Tet
- 5PM - 5:30PM: LCPs meet with Danh to sum up
@oLCPs: please call your oVPs to join at least in the morning. Each of VP will have 10mins to talk about results, main 3 reasons for growth and main 3 key bottlenecks. Also ask them take a look at SONA of Q3, Q4 for more data.
Attached is the guide. Template will be provided tomorrow.
@Mai: for LC HCM, I already talk with Hoang that I will follow after 25 with Thy for the progress as you guys will do planning in HCMC.
