  Dear leadership body of AIESEC in Romania,

   I present you the situation on our national project on GCDP Outgoing:

   1. LC Status 

   

   2.Raising ranking in CEE - period: February - March

  

  3. Partnerships for Global Citizen

      

    

   We are launching the TNs in April.

   4.Conclusions:

    a. Right now there is clearly a focus on AIESEC Academy. In the next period you should move your attention on OGX recruitments if you want results :)

   b. Have a EB taskforce (LCP + COMM + TD + OGX + OCP) in order to track and implement better the OGX projects

   c. Promotion on recruitment doesn`t mean facebook and class-shouts!

       Example: Online channels - facebook (must have a post-plan); updated your site; faculty groups, faculty sites, online media (sites, blogs, pages), e-mail marketing - faculty database with students and ex-participants on your projects; etc.

                     Offline - class-shouts, "caminate" (promoting in doorms), GCDP and GIP presentation in AIESEC Academy, posters in campus, flyers, X fair etc.

      This is how you do promotion. VP Comm should be responsible for the COMMunication plan.

    Thats it for now.

     Special thanks for Loredana Hagiu, our national project manager for Global Citizen.

     Last message, allocate resources in Outgoing area: HR, Communication if you want results. What we should offer to students is our programmes (GIP/GCDP) and not just conferences, you don`t develop youth by offering just a conference.
