Dear He Siyuan,

My name is Lívia and I work in oGIP in AIESEC  Belo Horizonte, the LC reponsible for sending the EP Francesco Carnovale (EP-In-BR-BH-2012-2223) to the job TN-In-CN-RU-2013-2510. T The company that he works is closing  the department so they're laying off all employees including Francesco and by doing this they're breaking the contract with him.  

As I believe you know, by the Exchange Programme Policies in this situation your committee has the responsability to find him another job:

"5.4(EP) Compensatory policies for the EP

c) Under the circumstances stated in policies 5.3(EP) g), h), I), j) and k), the hosting entity must provide a new exchange in the same country within the period that corresponds to 20% of the total exchange duration but not longer than 1 month. This period may be extended upon written mutual consent."

So I'd like to know if you have taken any action to solve this issue. Do you already find him another job?
