Some Sessions' Explanation:
- EB Role: What are the roles of EB? What are the key stakeholders of EB? What is the difference b/w EB and VP? etc.
- EB Calendar: What is the calendar for a EB? What are the big events EB may confront along the year (CI, LCM, Selection, Y2B, NatCo etc.)? How to combine your function calendar with EB(LC) Calendar?
- Development Path: What are the learning points of a EB? How to utilize the resources to develop yourself as a EB? What kind of learning attitude and method a EB should have?
We will have the session dry-run(预演) in our EB meeting, everyone please at least figure out what is the outline of your session. (Sasa is going to take the IELTS examination, so she can't be with us for this camp. But Sasa can give us feedback during the dry-run).
