[Notice]昨儿打电话提醒大家的几件事，记得DDL哟~

1。本周六（26）就会launch EB/LCP application form，请大家周五晚上做好APP form+Booklet的部分交给我~

APP form：

按照原来的格式，修改表格介绍部分的时间、提交邮箱等（没改小心收不到candidate的form哟= =），然后自行设计题目，明年的function structure我们EBM上讨论

Booklet：

需要以下几个部分：

-对successor的expectation

-你自己作为VP的JD

-推荐你的candidate跟谁聊天以及聊什么

-推荐你的candidate阅读的材料或书

以上在以前的booklet里都有，我已经把邮件转发到群里，大家可以查阅借鉴

2。11月1、2号是Quarter Review，请留出下午4点到晚上的时间，具体的Agenda和需要大家准备的材料我会稍候发给你们

那两天除了Review这一quarter的状况外，还会讨论明年整个LC以及各function的走向、EB candidate等话题，所以请大家务必出席:)

另外本来打算那时讨论明年的LC structure，但意识到在发APP form时我们就必须确定明年的structure，所以我们本周五EBM会讨论一下这些东西，我会在这之前就发邮件大家提前思考讨论一下，EBM时做最终的确定

3。请大家记得promote你的人去参加本周末的EBC！！

4。周四佳芯会launch EB mentorship，大家到时候分到自己的mentee（估计每人2-3个）后请自行安排活动~
