这封邮件主要是跟你们update EP Online Payment进度以及接下来两周会有的进展，麻烦大家转发给
关于operation流程中具体如何操作，小菡和晓茹会有后续邮件直接给到VP们的~
本次EP是否使用这个系统submit EP fee
ü 所有秋季招新的oGCDP/oGIP EP都使用这个系统
ü 因为系统正式推行的时间会比通常收取EP Fee的时间要晚，为了不耽误Match但同时又约束EP参与这个项目，所以：
ü 所有EP一旦确认参加项目，都需要签署纸质合同
ü EP fee会等到系统全面向各LC推行的时候再让他们统一通过这个系统submit EP fee.（何时系统推行请参照下面的”General Timeline”）
- 十一月中旬，即最迟十一月第二周上线，请大家在一开始解释费用的时候就跟EP说明，十一月中旬提交EP Fee。
- 意外情况下，在十一月第二周系统还是无法上线，则秋季所有EP Fee依然按照原来的流程进行。
- 为了不影响EP Match，MC会统一在十月底选出first LC的时候，统一将全国form为NEW的EP状态改为available
EP Online Payment到底是用什么系统
ü 请大家登陆platform.aiesec.cn 页面，点击”membership center”
ü Membership Center是一个类似于EP论坛，每个通过aiesec.cn在线报名的EP都会有一个可登陆membership center的账号（如果不是通过aiesec.cn报名的EP怎么办，参照后面的解释）
ü EP也必须登陆这个Membership Center提交付款请求，其过程跟大家网上购物的支付宝/网银付款无异
ü 这个Membership Center目前只具备让EP查看面试结果以及付款的功能，之后会尝试丰富网站的内容，融合更多EP Service的功能。
ü 具体如何使用这个membership center，会在十一月前，付款功能实现之后，发具体教程“如何使用Membership Center”给大家
如果不是通过aiesec.cn报名的EP怎么办
没有通过aiesec.cn报名的EP肯定没有登陆membership center的账号，但是LC可以用LC salesforce 账号为EP
