Hey EB Candidates!

 

近期很多人问到怎么写year plan，也问我要今年的year plan.

在这里一次打包给大家，hope it will help.

请不要让这些束缚你们的想法，一定要不断问自己为什么，是什么。

比如你认为EP experience对你来说是最重要的，那请问你为什么呢？那EP experience是什么? 好的ep xps又是什么？怎么衡量？一定要不断问自己问题，问到你回答不了的时候，你就知道你没想明白的东西到底在哪里。这也是为什么我鼓励大家找EB聊天，和其他candidates互相讨论，所谓互相讨论，很重要的一个就是互相问问题，不断的challenge对方的想法，尽管你自己也不知道答案是什么。

只有你能够清晰地描绘出来一个图景，那才是想明白了。

 

另外，近期如果还需要找我聊天的，我的时间只剩下周四稍晚的时间了，

当然你完全可以给我留微信或者电话或者别的，不是非要在集天面对面聊天的 :)

但如果你现在还没有找过3位LCP candidates的话，就一定一定一定要快快快快快了！
