[Quarter Review]迟来的Q3 review package真是对不住大家！

Hey 凤凰军团！

最后一次Quarter Review了！首先很抱歉发晚了，大家可能准备起来时间会稍微赶一点，对不住大家！
做过3次QR的我知道填这个挺麻烦的，但也希望大家感到痛苦之余还是能够稍微享受一下最后一次的快感，毕竟你们再下一次做QR就不知道是什么时候了，除了那个被选为LCP的人之外。
 
虽然是QR，但是由于也是最后一次，所以我们review的内容是从1月1号开始到10月31号，请确保你的数据的完整性。
 
具体和以前一样，需要填完excel以及完成function presentation ppt，excel里面的strategy review大家可以直接对比你们的year plan来考虑。PPT的template也只是一个思路，基本框架是那样的，但是具体内容请大家自行丰富一下。而且这次QR会邀请EB candidates到场，所以请大家好好准备咯，给你们的candidates最大量的信息，也给你们自己一个最完整的review，为这个EB Team留一个美好的ending！
 
提醒一下，附件的excel package里面有一个pipeline track请所有X Function VP都记得填好。

 

另外一件重要的事：填写SONA，DDL：10月31号><（我错了。。。）

（Alternatively, you can login to Podio and fill in the SONA manually in the "National Plenary 2013_MoC" working space）

(因为加入了一小时的吃饭时间，所以时间上不太够，延长到了九点半至十点左右，辛苦大家了。
也因为时间长，希望大家提前准备好，简洁明了，讨论时能够everyone on the same page，就可以不那么累哈！)

知道这一年对大家来说，都不容易。最后一个月了，让我们完美收官吧：）
