Hello Chapter Leaders!
I wanted to bring everyone's attention to the new Google Groups that have been created for each chapter committee. As Committee Chairs, you all have been invited and made owners of your respective committee. You should have received a notice today from Google Groups notifying you of your inclusion as a group owner.
I have provided a list of the committees below - but you can also access the committee via your committee's webpage on our site.
The primary purpose of these groups will be to utilize the group email addresses as a way to connect with all interested committee members at one time (and all interested volunteers) and as a place to house public documents that are associated with your committee (i.e. meeting minutes).

Please note that as a committee chair, it is your responsibility to update the google group and notify staff of any changes in your committee's leadership (i.e. you may be transitioning out of your role and need to add your new co-chair as group owner).
We hope that by utilizing these groups, we can easily connect to all of the people that want to be involved with your committee, but find it difficult to communicate for some reason or another. Be creative with your group and use it as a portal for new ideas.
