Default font for just the document I'm in

I found or was told how to set the Default Font, but it is global. But just for a specific document. Or are there styles as in MS Word or Page or similar?

New public beta. https://www.eazydraw.com/betaDownload.htm . The Current and Default button on Font panel now support the full EazyDraw condensed default actions: temporary or permanent action with Cmd key modifier.
