How does the EAUT Example get HTTP 400 error, and actually it's
correct asnwer as there's no OpenID specified for that email address.
I tried using different gmail.com account but with the same result.
There's nothing related to this (or I don't see it) in the provided
eaut.py (python implementation)

That's pretty wierd. The only thing I can think of is that you may not have registered your email address with emailtoid.net. Have you registered your email address with them? I just tried my gmail email address, and it works fine (but I registered with the default mapping service, which is emailtoid.net).
