Finding classmates

Does anyone know who planned the 10 year Reunion? I would hope that
maybe they kept records of addresses? Carole - have you had much luck
adding info?

I think that's why Carole talked to the reunion planners from last
time. I think most of that information is going to be outdated... I
doubt too many people live where they did ten years ago. Do you have
an info spreadsheet started? I'm willing to help track people down.

Hi...I did help plan the reunion with Chandra and tammy.....The info
that reunionsunlimited has is old, and like Christine pointed out, we
can find what we need on our own without having to pay them for old
information that may not be useful now.I have been adding to the
spreadsheet created by terry....as I get them from classmates and the
ad we took out, I'll update them. I havent been on classmates for
about a week, but I have received a phone call from Corey VanBuskirk
with his info and I did hear from Mike & Becky too. I'll update the
spreadsheet tonight and forwrd to you Terry. I also sent a copy to Bob
so that Teresa (his wife) can help through her connections with the
phone company.

Did you guys meet with the caterer? Any idea yet of what kind of cost
I need to put on the announcements? Also need more input on finding
people. I want to send out invitations by the 25th and if I have to
start googling people and making a bunch of calls I will have to get
started. We are coming in to cruch time with only 7 weeks before the
reunion and I am starting to get antsy!!! Thank you!

We should have another planning meeting - I am gone all weekend, so
what about Thursday or Friday of this week? The 10th or 11th.

I have not been able to meet up with the caterer yet, so I am going to
try to do as much as possible with her via phone this week and meet up
with her next weekend, but I think we can get a per person cost
figured out via phone. I know we are getting short on time... why
don't we try to catch up online every day this week... say 8pm and
plan on a meeting Thrusday at 8pm?

The one thing we need to discuss is chairs and tables and if a tent is
going to be necessary.

Hi guys...so I havent gotten but one response from the ad placed in
the dispatch. I have been relying on classmates.com for updated
addresses, and I seem to be getting the best responses there. I'm not
sure if Bobs wife has had any luck, I havent seen him online in a few
weeks, so the planning tonight will be good to discuss recent
events.... I'll see you then.I'll start googling myself and try to
come up with some other avenues as well.

I got a quote from Susie for the catering and it is slightly under
what we had budgeted for. One caveat, her full liquor license has
expired, so she cannot provide a bartender for us, but said she will
try to point us to one. In the meantime, can someone else start
looking for a bartender? I think that we should look for one who will
work based on the drink sales (ie, we don't have to pay them for their
services).

Anyway, given that the catering has come in slightly under budget, I
think our intial ticket costs should be fine.

If we are all going to work from the same list, we need to make sure that we are not calling the same people. So I took the liberty of just making a decision and breaking up the list:

i think we decided $30 per person or $50 per couple. i'll go back and
find that email. i really do think we need to rent some tables and
chairs and possibly a tent, that is going to cost appx $150-$200
depending on the size of the tent so before we finalize the ticket

Working on the invite, need a couple things: Chris - I need your
address. The one in the roster says 148th but I thought you lived on
Hilligoss Lane? Carole - if someone doesnt want to pay wiht PayPal,
