Maybe add a limited number of hotel rooms are available in town. I
need to know 24 hours in advance if they are not going to be used or
my credit card will get charged.

I agree about putting that there are some rooms on reserve at Mill
Village Motel. The times are 9pm for Bruno's and 8pm for the main
function.

One more thing, the fee WILL NOT cover beer. All alcohol has to be
purchased from the bartender in accordance with our insurance policy.
