It looks good... there are a few details to hash out- i think timewise
we decided to start bruno's at 9pm and saturday at 8pm

Other details to change: possibly adding "no-host" to the icebreaker
so that people are clear this isn't part of their fee? Also, maybe
make the icebreaker print a little more prominent? Even though we
haven't arranged for a discount yet, I think we should figure out the
space for mentioning that we are encouraging out of towners to stay at
Mill Village Motel.

As for the alcohol charges, so that we don't get totally dicked on
liability, we need it to be a pay-per-drink situation... maybe make it
50 cent keg beer or some other arrangement with the bartender, but we
need to have it so that the flow of alcohol is totally on the
bartender and that our group isn't charging for alcohol. I am still
working on getting this all hashed out and as soon as we get with the
caterer, we'll have a better idea of what we can work out.

I am going to look into the PayPal account today. Since I am on the
verge of accepting payments for eBay anyway, we can just use my
account and then figure out how to deal with the reduced fee.

It's coming together... only minor glitches so far!
