Turningon Precise Location does not work. A few hours later, you'll find the issue is still present. It has nothing to do with location. Right now it's day time, and when I unlock the screen, the globe behind my apps initially has the right daylight, but then quickly reverts to night. It's not a location bug. The only quick fix is changing wallpapers and changing back, but of course you need to do this every few hours.

In iOS 16, Apple has added multiple options to customize the iPhone Lock Screen, including the ability to change the font and color, apply filters, and even add information-rich widgets to your wallpaper.

Apple has also included a handful of dynamic Lock Screen wallpapers that adapt to specific real-world variables, including an astronomy wallpaper that shows the current alignment of the Moon, Earth, and Solar System.

The astronomy wallpaper comes in several variations that let you view Earth from afar or close in on your current location, view the Moon from afar or in detail, or view the entire Solar System on your screen.

With the iOS 16 release beta, Apple added some life-improving lock screen customization options with a few clicks. One of the key features that Apple added to the lock screen is animated wallpapers, clocks, and the ability to add new widgets to the lock screen.

Apple has new wallpaper collections options in the wallpapers where you can select different types of wallpapers or custom photos as the lock screen backgrounds. However, the earth and moon wallpapers are one of the most famous wallpapers that came with iOS 16 updates.

The best part about the iOS 16 earth wallpaper is the animation they play on the screen when the iPhone is unlocked. For instance, if you swipe up on the lock screen to unlock the iPhone, the moon or the earth (depending on what you have selected as lock screen wallpaper) will come at the bottom of the screen.

The new earth and moon detail wallpaper pinpoints your live locations, which means it reflects your exact live location on the globe by indicating a green dot, and the moon changes its phase depending on your live location. These earth and moon wallpaper features make it easier to see the weather forecast without opening the weather app.

Apple has always been incredible with providing the user experience to the iPhones that users enjoy while using it. Hence, even your grandma can play with the lock screen customization options in iOS 16. Yes, it is that simple to change your wallpaper in iOS 16.

The wallpaper settings in the iOS 16 update haven't changed yet, and you can still access the iOS 16 earth dynamic wallpaper just like you did with iOS 15. Here are the steps to get earth detail wallpaper on your iPhone lock screen.

UltFone iOS Location Changer is a great tool to spoof your location on iPhone that supports even the latest iOS 16 beta. The UltFone iOS location changer will change your iPhone's location that you entered and will reflect it on the Earth detail wallpaper.

Apple added unique customization features to the iOS 16, and astronomical wallpapers are famous among them. This blog discussed how do you get the earth wallpaper on iOS 16, customize it and spoof your location using the UltFone iOS Location Changer. The iOS 16 earth wallpaper location is a great feature, and you can change the location on it using the UltFone iOS location changer.

These images were created specifically for phone lock screens and wallpaper. Many people prefer a home screen wallpaper with no words, so there is an alternate image with no words that is simplified for those that want a similar but wordless look.

*If you have any difficulty downloading or fitting the image to your phone, please let me know. Since phones come in a variety of shapes and sizes, I tried to make it work so the important bits don't get cropped off at all. Most phones allow you to adjust the image before setting it to the lock screen or wallpaper.

Would it be cool to view the Earth, moon and solar system from afar on your iPhone? Well, iOS 16 will allow you to create a Lock screen that will let you view what is happening throughout the day from outer space, and it's very easy to do. Let's find out how to set up an astronomy Lock screen.

The Earth options will reflect the twilight zone. If you select this option, it will be centered around your location, but you will also be able to see what nearby parts of the world are currently experiencing daylight and which are experiencing nighttime. The moon options reflect the terminator line, which separates the lighted and unlighted sides of the moon. This Lock Screen will show you the current phase of the moon. Finally, the Solar System option reflects the current planetary alignment, a fun Lock screen for both astronomy and astrology enthusiasts!

When you first open Moon Phase Pro, you're presented with an image of the current moon, big and beautiful. This highly realistic simulation accurately depicts both the phase and crescent angle as seen from your location. Near new moon, it even simulates earthshine on the dark side.

The app's main screen also shows key information about the moon right now: its phase percentage and name, the time until the nearest syzygies (new and full moons), and the moon rise and set times bracketing the present. All the essentials, at a glance.

This view of the moon is fully interactive. Drag your finger over its surface and the lighted area moves with your touch; stop dragging, and the data fields will update to indicate on what day the moon will look like this. Drag with two fingers and you'll spin the moon instead of the shadow, to get a look at the far side or the lunar poles.

Finally, you can share the moon with your friends. Moon Phase Pro integrates with other apps on your device to send either a copy of the screen, basic moon data, or both (depending on the functionality supported by the sending app).

Tap the navigation menu at the upper-left for additional functionality. First on the list is Moon Phase Pro's Calendar, showing the entire month's phases at once. The current day is highlighted, as are the dates of major phases: full, new, and quarters. For the big picture, tap any day and it will open full-screen.

For a deep dive into lunar details, open Moon Phase Pro's Data page, revealing full astronomical data about the moon (and even some about the sun). And it all updates automatically, in real time. There's lots more than you can see in this screenshot; as of version 8.0, this screen includes:

Like the rest of the app, the Data page can easily be switched to show another day, or a different observer location anywhere on Earth. Want to know when the moon will rise on New Year's Day in Fiji? No problem.

Twenty-four hours before each major phase, Moon Phase Pro will notify you that it's about to happen with an icon like the one visible here at the upper-left. Expand the notification to see what's upcoming, including a preview image and the date & time of the event.

The widget layout is also adaptive: when you've sized it so that its width and height are roughly the same, the text will be overlaid on the image, as shown here. If you make it significantly wider than it is tall (or vice versa), the text will be shown alongside (or underneath) the image. It's up to you.

Be aware that lunar eclipse support is a work-in-progress: additional functionality is still being added, but some issues may also exist. Thanks for your patience while we finish this cutting-edge feature!

If you have a larger Android device, such as a tablet or Chromebook, you'll get even more out of Moon Phase Pro. The moon imagery itself is bigger and better, of course, but the layout is also optimized to make the most of the big screen.

First, we've got a watch face, shown here. It features the same live moon graphic as our phone app, has a choice of analog or digital style, and supports up to 4 complications (to display information from other watch apps).

Select and download your desired screen size from its original UHD 8K 7680x4320 px resolution to different High Definition resolution or HD 4K phone in portrait vertical versions that can easily fit to any latest mobile smarthphones. Set as monitor screen display background wallpaper or just save it to your photo, image, picture gallery album collection.

On a tft screen with my arduino UNO I would draw the phases of the moon

Here are the main phases :

For the 1 and the 5 it is too easy, it is a circle filled color light or dark.

For the 3 and the 7, it is more difficult, two half-circle filled light color and dark color

My idea would be to overlay an filled ellipse. But I do not know how to draw a filled ellipse.

For 2, cover 3 with a dark colored filled ellipse

For 4, cover 3 with a light colored filled ellipse

For 6, cover 7 with a light colored filled ellipse

For 8, cover 7 with a dark colored filled ellipse

What library are you using to drive the display? I'm sure it comes with some basic functions for drawing points, lines and circles.

You can find loads of resources on ellipse-drawing algorithms online. For example: Simple algorithm for drawing filled ellipse in C/C++ - Stack Overflow.
