Robin Weirauch or Ed Singer,

I can not tell from the googlegroup site and I have not heard.  Will there be an “Everybody Eats”?  If so, what part do you want Sterlena Pride Dairy to be involved?  If we have the large Sterlena Cow there, did you ever find out how large the door is to the NWCC atrium?  I think Sterlena is just under 14 feet tall and I think her trailer will fit through a 10 foot wide door but, I will find out for sure.  Let me know if we should make plans and what the dates are and the size of the atrium door.  I think it would be a big draw and even bigger if it were inside.  Maybe I am looking in the wrong place on the web.

John and Robin,

I did determine the width of the opening of the entrance doors to the atrium. We can extend the opening by removing a column, but even with removal of the column we are limited to a 6' width. . . . and the heighth is also a limiting factor. There remains the possibility of placing Sterlina Cow in the courtyard during the day (basically to attract attention and to help announce the evening program) and then move the cow over to the outside entrance of the E Wing for the fair and dinner at the auditorium.

But this is as far as my on campus inquiry went and we have not decided whether to go forward with use of the cow at a strategic outside location on site.

Ed:

I don't believe that there is any way that Sterlina can fit into the NSCC auditorium even with the center door stiles removed.
