DEQ Rulemaking – Clean Fuels Program Expansion 2022 Summary The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality is conducting a rulemaking to propose changes to the Clean Fuels Program regulation. The rulemaking may include:
Stakeholder Involvement DEQ has appointed an advisory committee to review issues related to the proposed rules. The next advisory committee meeting is scheduled to take place: Meeting 4 These meetings will be open to the public. The committee will designate time on the agenda to hear community comments. Later in this rulemaking proceeding DEQ will invite public comments on and will hold a public hearing about the proposed rules. At that time any member of the public may submit comments and participate in the public hearing.
