The code is just the link to your song, same as it is for the web browser! To join on the phone, click the + button on the top right of the app. It will ask if you want to Create a new song or Join an existing song. If you click "Join an existing song", you can paste the https://easyvirtualchoir/song/... link and it will bring you to the right song.
