Unable to download audio tracks

Hi, I have  been experiencing the same problem as previous users...

"I'm unable to download the audio tracks. It keeps on showing this message "Loading audio exporter... (This may take a while)". Please help!"

I downloaded some audio tracks last week with no problems but today I am experiencing this. I really need the audio files soon for the event tomorrow.

I am using Google Chrome, and left my computer on overnight but did not download.
