Backing Track coming through in audio

Hi all, I have 11 tracks submitted so far for our band recording project, but 8 have the backing track very audible in the audio. They are all wearing headphones. Any idea what the problem might be?

There are 3 reasons I can think of:

1. the headphones weren't plugged in properly

2. the headphones were too loud and thus got picked up by the mic

3. the computer settings were changed so that the speaker output got looped back into the mic input (Zoom actually changes your computer's sound settings, sometimes it interferes with EVC)
