Urgent help needed (download after rendering song)

Suddenly from last night, downloaded song is only 1KB. The rendering has no problem and it plays well on the site. Tried different computers. The file downloaded is only 1KB.

We need the song in a few days. Very appreciate if it can be fixed ASAP. Peter Li
