VERY SLOW>>NEED HELP

I just started using easy sync. I need to use it to backup desktop
computer to windows mobile device. The first file it is copying is
16M and took almost 20minutes to copy. Is this normal? I need to
routinly copy many megabytes and so far this is way to slow to
efficiently do this. My pda is connected via usb, normaly copying a
file of this size through usb should only take a few seconds. what is
the problem??

We surely would have already boost the speed of file processing, but... our product uses the TCP/IP channel that is created by ActiveSync product from Microsoft and we have no tools to make it faster.

Hi JB,

That slowness is a function of the ActiveSync connection Microsoft
supplies. That's why I take my card out and put in a reader when I'm
transferring large files and I'm in a hurry. What's nice about
EasySync is that it runs every time I connect my XV6700 so I don't
really notice. I'm transferring voice recordings and photos
