This might be a silly question but i did not find any clarification anywhere. When I initialize the above, everything is French, is there a translation file or language option for English? Please explain.

First thanks for showing interest in EasySOA.

This is not a silly question actually. Most English translations were either badly configured or altogether missing.
So I've patched and completed them a few weeks after your inquiry. Sorry for not coming back to you earlier.
You can get them by building EasySOA Registry from Github (requires Git, Java 7, maven 3 & ruby) :

    git clone https://github.com/easysoa/EasySOA-Incubation.git
    cd EasySOA-Incubation/easysoa-registry-v1
    mvn clean install -Pmarketplace -DskipTests
    ./nuxeo.rb deploy
    cp -rf easysoa-registry-marketplace/target/nuxeo-cap-* $YOUR_EASYSOA_INSTALL_PATH/
