Migrating to EasySOA Registry v1.0

Hi all

As you probably know, the EasySOA wiki is a bit behind and still misses
information about EasySOA 1.0 beyond install and configuration doc.

So here's a first step for developers, to help them migrate to the new
EasySOA Registry v1.0 (*) their code built for the old EasySOA prototype
(**) (up to 0.4) :
