Bar to enter the URL not visible

Hi Marc,

now I am facing an other issue: The bar to enter the URL to browse the WSDL is not visible. I have following screen

La découverte web vous permet, tout en naviguant, de découvrir les services Web liés depuis les pages web visitées. Pour l'utiliser :

1. configurez le proxy
2. tapez l'url dans la barre Discovery url bar

ATTENTION ! Ne s'applique pas aux sites sécurisés (protocole https), pour lesquels il est nécessaire de passer en mode notification avec le bouton Notifier EasySOA

But it is there :) On the left of the "Daten absenden" button.

The wiki shows it well it the first screenshot at https://github.com/easysoa/EasySOA/wiki/Discovery-by-Browsing .
It also shows that your screenshot is missing an image in place of the "Discovery url bar" text. It should be at :
http://localhost:8083/img/easysoa_url_bar.png
but I don't have any idea about why you're missing it.
Maybe you also don't have the other image shown in said wiki page's THIRD screenshot, showing how to bookmark the Notify EasySOA button ?
