Handle warning messages in easyrtc

Hello,

In video calls, when dynamically video dims are changed and the easyrtc.call is called for performing a call.

The call get connected, video is also shared between two parties but media warning message is displayed as "Requested video size of 1280x720 but got size of 640x480".

I want to know any possibility to handle warnings in easyrtc. If video call is working fine, then can I ignore the media warning and let the call run successfully.
