Sandy River Soak - Sunday July 26

[Easy Riders]

The forecasters are predicting a daytime high of one million degrees
for Sunday. The only sensible thing to do on a day like that is soak
in a cool refreshing river so grab your swim wear and let's meet at
the end of the Blue Line in Gresham and we'll ride to Troutdale Park
to splash around in the Sandy River. Once we're sufficiently cooled we
can go find some lunch and an icy beverage. Probably Edgefield since I
know where it is but I'm open to suggestions from folks who posses
more Troutdale lore than I. After lunch we'll ride to the Ruby
Junction MAX stop to get home. If you need to return earlier the 77
bus runs pretty close to the park (about a mile or so), stops right in
front of Edgefield then goes all the way into downtown Portland.

of time?)
