Changed Profile Delay

I would like to be able to define a time period by which a profile I just selected must remain current.
Let me explain the scenario.
I have 3 profiles.
-Home
-Work
-Car
The Home and Work are cell tower ID(location) activated. This is great and works perfect.
The problem I have is when I switch to the car profile when I leave the my house or work the within a few moments the profile is switched back. I need a delay in the CAR profile that will prevent any automatic profile switching till I have time to drive away from either location.

Int he Rules section, under the Rule Name, you can see "Blocking period after activation [minutes]"
In theory, if you set your "Car" blocking period to 10, you'll essentially be stopping any changes to that profile for 10 minutes upon activation
I have found that it doesn't work sometimes, but most of the time it does (when i was on 4.2.2)
