Profile switches unstable with wallpapers

I have experienced unstable profile changes when profiles contain wallpapers. Only some of the profile attributes are set. It seems that the profile switch starts but stops at some point. With every switch the behavior is different. Sometimes even the profile icon widget is not changed at all while some attributes of the destination profile are set. The widget icon flashes but it does not change eventually. This strange behavior can be reproduced without rules. When I change profiles manually the same happens. When I remove the wallpaper settings from the profiles, everything works well again. I can reproduce this with the default factory profile set. Just add wallpapers and there we go. I use HD wallpapers with the resolution allowing scrolling multiple homescreens, which is 2160x1920.
Does anybody have the same experience?
