Can't connect

I'm posting from work at the minute where I've just signed
up and am using EasyNews without a problem.

At home, I cannot connect at all. This is extremely
frustrating, especially as I use the same service provider
at home as I do at work!

If I try a tracert from home, it times out after the first
router at the ISP. At work it traces right through.

I have also tried 2 different PCs at home, 1 WinXp and 1
Win2003.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thats very strange whats the exact error you are recieving
when trying to connect? Are you using nntp or http? Is
there any firewalls our routers that maybe causing this issue.

Email support with the IP# of your home computer and an explanation of
what's going on.
