Where's my rollover gigs???

I had two unused gigs and now my download counter was reset(oct. 16) back
to 10 gigs for the next 30 days. Where are the two gigs that should have
been added on to the 10 gigs???

Rollover gigs have not yet started, per godzilla's
announcement at
http://www.easynews.com/announce.phtml?message=660, it will
begin October 1st.

Today is September 17th.
