Why not have micropayments of $3 to add 3 gigs to your account, but keep
the minimum charge of $10 for 10 gigs?

That way I'll know I'll always be charged $10 a month but whenever I go
over the limit of 10 gigs, I can purchase one-time increments of 3 gigs to
statisfy me till the end of the month.
