Easynews And Library Computers

The computer I use most of the time is a library computer with a
moderately fast connection much faster then at home where I have dial
up. Trouble is the library computer is rigged pretty tight and I
wonder if I will be able to download from HTTP. Anyon using Easynews
and downloading form a library computer?
