"Access statistics and logs are produced on a weekly basis allowing you to
view detailed site information, such as the number of site 'hits' you are
receiving and who has been accessing your site and at what time."
It made absolutely no mention of any additional charge for this. However,
the corporate FAQs states:
"NB - If you get a message saying the 'logs' directory can't be found then
it is possible that you haven't paid for the Webtrends service. If you are
interested in purchasing this service then call your account manager on 0800
053 4343."
Why should I have to pay for something I have previously been told I would
get with no mention of additional cost?
With the Corporate Webspace package, you can have access to the "Rawlogs"
for your website, if you can provide me with the domain name in Question, I
will be able to advise whether they have been set up for you, by default
they are not.
Web trends was a paid for Extra service, which we offered in the past, I do
not believe we still offer it though, Please contact you account manager for
further clarification on the number you have quoted.
Regards
Nathan
