Can someone please help to interpret error message

Hi all,

I am very new to VeryCD and the the download speed has been really
superb until recently, many files that are attempted to be downloaded
has shown to be "permission denied", Here is an example below of the
log:-

I am currently using EasyMule v1.1.10 connecting to Port:4661. I am
not sure if any other settings are important, eversince I connect
directly - without the use of router - I am able to get high ID. My
speed is between 90 kbs to 160 kps.

What settings should I made so that I can avoid getting denied? [Note:
I did not forward any port as I am not using a router to access
internet]

My eD2K server is UseNexT

I also would appreciate if someone can tell me more about the settings
in the network:

1) Should the preference for the Server always be set as High?
2) What does the other settings like (Statis, Soft File Limit, Hard
File Limit, Low ID, Obfuscated) mean and how to set them?
3) On the right hand side under the Server tab, "Add Server", I have
always left the "IP or Address" blank and use the default port of
4661. Should a IP or address be input there?
4) How about the Kad Networ, the status indicates "Open" and the UDP
Status is Open too..Is that optimal?
