uninstall

Greetings!

Since installing the EasyMule programs my internet server has been
slowed down significantly. I wonder if I have installed it
inappropriately. I tried to uninstall the programs many times, but a
message always popped up saying that emule is running and could not be
uninstalled. Please advise as how to solve this problem.
